My Custom Artwork Process

Submit an inquiry and tell me about your space and vision. I’ll review the details and reach out to discuss your project in detail and provide an estimate, agreement, and invoice for your initial 50% deposit.

Once formalities are out of the way, I’ll provide initial sketches to help direct the final piece, as well as photo updates with flexibility to allow for adjustments as we go.

Once the painting is complete, it typically requires 2-6 weeks to dry. Together, we’ll select a frame that complements the art as well as your space. Then, final payment is due and I’ll ship or deliver the piece.

Questions About Commissions

I offer a range of painting sizes from small (3×4 – 5×7), to medium and large (8×10 – 20×24), to extra large (+ 20×24). We can explore the best size to fit your space.
I price my pieces based on time, complexity, size, and frame selection. You can expect to invest around $65-150 for a small piece. Extra large paintings start at $350. Please inquire for an accurate estimate.
Typically the painting will be done in 8 weeks, accounting for drying time and framing. Shipping can take an additional 4 weeks.
Yes, framing options are available. We’ll select a finish and frame style once the painting is dry and completed.
I can make minor adjustments (1-2 changes) before the painting is fully finished. These can be discussed during the in-progress updates. Once the painting is dry and framed, I am unable to make additional adjustments.
